Using rescued and then recycled NFS (National Food Safety) approved solid surface material that would otherwise be tossed in a landfill, Coby transforms misfit material into beautiful, functional and long lasting cutting boards!
Solid surface material with brand names of Corian, Avonite and others is perfect for cutting board use as it is non porous. You'll never have to worry about bacteria, nasty stains or deep knife grooves where food hides. Coby's cutting boards have rounded corners, are dishwasher safe and maintenance free.
On one side of the board Coby carves a deep juice catcher around the perimeter to catch all those liquids from meat and veggies. He goes that extra step and finishes both sides to his signature smoothness so you now have 2 cutting surfaces. Whata guy!
